What safety and security measures do you have?

Your safety and security is our top priority. All persons attending the events may be asked to submit to reasonable inspection (including metal detection) of their person and property before entering the events. Bags must be clear plastic or vinyl and cannot exceed the size of a backpack. Bags cannot be tinted with color or include oversized content that prevents visibility into the clear bag.

CLEAR BAGS ONLY up to the size of a backpack.

  • No posters, signs or banners, sports memorabilia, collectibles, or sports jerseys (exception: one jersey per spectator that must be worn)
  • No chair bags
  • No lawn or oversized chairs
  • No pets except service animals
  • No bicycles
  • No video cameras or cameras with detachable lenses
  • No radios, televisions, or other electronic noise-producing items
  • No whistles, horns, or noise-making devices
  • No signs or banners
  • No alcoholic beverages may enter/leave the event
  • No outside food or beverage may enter the event except for medical or infant needs
  • No plastic, metal or glass cups, cans, or containers of any kind, except for medical or infant needs
  • No coolers
  • No weapons of any kind
  • No computers/laptops
  • No fireworks
  • No illegal substances
  • No laser pointers
  • No poles or rods
  • No other items deemed unlawful or dangerous by Event Security

 

You and your family members and guests consent to the reasonable inspection (including metal detection) of their person and property before entering the event. You agree to abide by all rules and regulations established by Hilton Grand Vacations or the event, violation of which may lead to removal from the event.

Hilton Grand Vacations hosts several private evening events and concerts throughout the tournament week for invited guests, various sponsors and players. Previous concert performers include a variety of music stars such as Pitbull, Luke Bryan, Ellie Goulding and Boyz II Men. Numerous opportunities to purchase tables and tickets to each party are available. Our 2026 performers will feature The Beach Boys, Ella Langley, and Kelly Clarkson. Children under age 16 are admitted free with a paying adult.

Our Will Call table will be located near Lake Nona Town Center at 6100 Wave Hotel Drive, Orlando, FL 32827. Follow signs to Will Call / Garage W. There will be designated spots outside the garage for 15-minute Will Call parking.

Will Call is available to assist with any items left for pick-up or ticketing issues If you already have a print-at-home or digital ticket from Ticketmaster Universe, you do not need to go to Will Call. You can proceed directly to the spectator parking location at Garage H, located at 6887 Marwick Lane, Orlando, FL 32827. The nearest intersection is Orbit Drive and Lake Nona Boulevard. Please do not enter from Veterans Way. Your print-at-home or digital ticket will be scanned and exchanged for a wearable credential at the security checkpoint. This includes any Taste & Travel passes and merchandise credits, as well as 1-day and 4-day badges.

Spectator parking is included with general admission and will be located at Lake Nona Town Center in Garage D (DNA), located at 6887 Marwick Lane, Orlando, FL 32827. The nearest intersection is Orbit Drive and Lake Nona Boulevard. Please do not enter from Veterans Way. Follow the electronic signs to the specific garage. Shuttle bus transportation will be provided from the parking area to Lake Nona Golf & Country Club. Shuttle operates Thursday–Sunday, starting at 7 a.m., with the last return shuttle to the garage departing one (1) hour after completion of play. The last shuttle to the course is at 2 p.m. each day. You must have a ticket or proper credentials to board the shuttle.

There is no spectator parking available at Lake Nona Golf & Country Club, and you will be redirected to park at Garage D (DNA).

Ride Share drop-off and pick-up is located at 6887 Marwick Lane, Orlando, FL 32827. Follow the electronic signs to Garage D (DNA). Transportation will be provided from that area to Lake Nona Golf & Country Club. The nearest intersection is Orbit Drive and Lake Nona Blvd. Please do not enter from Veterans Way.

Saving paper is important to us. Feel free to use the digital version of the ticket on your phone. A printed ticket is also acceptable, and it will be recycled once scanned and collected.
